I don't want to admit how many times I have worn this outfit this fall, but let's just say this has become a favourite. 🍂

I love the Teaberry Bloomers by @mirandarileydesigns and how very versatile they are. They look especially nice with a pretty cottage-core blouse, and bring whimsy to what is typically a fairly boring but necessary item in a wardrobe.

The blouse is the Vesta pattern by @schultzapparel, hacked into a blouse. I cut the bodice as per the pattern, but instead of the skirt I did a ruffle hem using the width of the skirt pattern pieces as the guide. Other changes I made were to add a ruffle to the neckline and use elastic in place of ties for the sleeves. I love the comfort of this blouse and since it goes with a lot of different well loved pieces in my me-made wardrobe it has fast become a well worn favourite.
