So, what’s next? After we finish the 404-5K, we’re heading to @_breakfastatbarneys for our Pink & R&B Post-Run Social! Wear pink and enjoy all the R&B classics we love, with sounds by @the1djshots , games, and community as we honor those who have faced breast cancer, support those currently fighting, and celebrate the loved ones standing beside them. No need to change! Workout clothes are welcome and encouraged. Can’t make the race? Feel free to meet us at brunch starting at 2 PM! Breakfast at Barney’s is less than one mile from the finish line, with FREE entry and FREE parking for the first three hours! Be sure to scan the QR code in the parking deck to register your car. Reserved a shirt or medal? Please pick up your items before the race or at Breakfast at Barney’s before 3 PM. Any remaining shirts and medals will be available after 3 PM, while supplies last. If you miss the reserved pickup window, your next pickup opportunities will be next Saturday’s Mile Crusher or Sunday’s Season 6 Closing Party. Let’s keep the pink and the purpose going!

The Top Things I Refuse to do as a Coach 🚫 . 1. I will never push a laundry list or cookie cutter list of PEDs. Every client is different in their journey. Not EVERYONE needs even needs PEDs. 2. I will never slash all your calories just to get the scale to move. Especially when we are trying to fix your metabolism, the last thing we need to do is tank it. I will guide you through the hard parts because it’s a marathon not a sprint. 3. Trust me, you won’t ever hear me say you can’t have a brownie. Throughout a clients journey, there are a time and place for “cheat meals”. It doesn’t mean we can enjoy them daily, but you don’t have to give them up forever. I focus on a balanced meal plan with variety so you can enjoy foods you love, without being miserable. 4. I won’t tell you what you want to hear, I tell you what you NEED to hear. If you’re slacking, I tell you. If you can’t stay on track, we have a talk. You don’t just hire me to get results, I give you the plan and accountability, you have to do the work. 5. I will never let a client set an unrealistic timeline for a goal. I have declined working with clients for bodybuilding shows when they come to me and say they want to do a show in 8 weeks, but they clearly have more body fat to lose. I’m not the coach for everyone. But I promise you, that I give a shit about you and your health. My coaching isn’t a copy & paste plan, it’s a program designed to help you individually reach your goals and build that confidence that truly makes you feel unstoppable. 🍫🥥 HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE COCONUT DESSERT #GoodCulturePartner This might be one of my favorite high protein desserts I’ve made with @good_culture cottage cheese. It’s rich, creamy, chocolatey, and so satisfying. I’ve lost over 150 lbs, and desserts like this have been a big part of making that weight loss sustainable. I still love chocolate, I still love dessert, and I don’t believe you need to give those things up to reach your goals. Makes 4 servings, with 205 cals and 18g of protein per serving. Enjoy it with a spoon, or dip fresh strawberries or apple slices right into all those delicious layers. ✅Remember, comment FLAVOR and I’ll message you how to preorder my new high protein cookbook! INGREDIENTS Chocolate Protein Mousse 1 tub (16 oz) Good Culture 4% cottage cheese 5-6 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (I use 6) 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup powdered monkfruit Creamy Coconut Layer 1/4 cup greek yogurt 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 1 tbsp powdered monkfruit 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or paste  Chocolate Shell 4 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) Here is how I made it: 1.Add your cottage cheese, cacao powder, and powdered monkfruit to a small food processor. Blend for 1-2 mins until completely smooth and creamy. Make sure your sweetener is POWDERED, otherwise the texture can be gritty. 2.Transfer the chocolate mousse to a serving bowl, container, or right back into the cottage cheese tub. You can refrigerate it for 1–2 hours if you want a thicker, richer texture. 3.In a separate bowl, mix your yogurt, shredded coconut, powdered monkfruit, and vanilla until well combined. Make this as coconuty as you want. 4.Spoon the coconut mixture over the chocolate mousse and spread evenly to create a creamy coconut layer. 5.Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring between each until smooth. Add a little coconut oil if needed, then pour over the coconut layer and spread into a thin, even shell. 4.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until all the layers set, thats important.
