WHERE DO WE EVEN START?!

First and foremost, a HUGE thank you to Mike @avatar_whoa for having the vision and bringing this entire fashion show to life from start to finish. What you created was special, and we’re so grateful for the time, creativity, and heart you poured into it.

A huge thank you to @districtatlanta for opening your doors to our community and giving us an incredible space to bring this vision to life. From the runway to the party, it was the perfect home for this experience!

To every model and designer who stepped onto that runway and shared your gift with us, THANK YOU! This was your moment, and Atlanta, WE SHOWED UP for them!

This was by far one of our best events to date, and that’s because of YOU. We have never heard cheers that loud! The love, support, and energy in that room felt like exactly what Hills4ATL is: FAMILY. Watching our community celebrate one another the way we did was something we’ll never forget.

A special thank you to Mayor @andreforatlanta for coming out and showing love and support to our community. It truly means so much to us to have our city’s leadership show up and celebrate alongside us.

To every sponsor, vendor, partner, team member, volunteer, and everyone who played a part in making this night happen, THANK YOU.

Thank you, Mari, for capturing this incredible visual and giving us something we can always look back on.

And of course, thank you to @the1djshots and @vitillaz404 for setting the mood and keeping the energy going all evening!

Atlanta, you made this one SPECIAL. The fashion. The music. The energy. The love. The community.

We’re doing it AGAIN next year, and somehow we have to figure out how to top this one!

Thank you, Atlanta. Thank you, Hills4ATL. 🖤 taken in District Atlanta by @avatar_whoa

The Writers Corner is a safe space… allegedly 😂😂😂

We might laugh at your pain a little, but that’s part of what makes these conversations real. Life has a funny way of turning the moments that hurt, embarrassed us, or humbled us into stories we can eventually sit back and laugh about.

Maybe healing isn’t always forgetting what happened. Sometimes it’s being able to tell the story without it hurting the same way anymore.
