Running for a great cause!

Last Sunday, I had the opportunity to participate in my very first 5K in support of Breast Cancer Awareness! I’m so grateful to have been part of something so meaningful while challenging myself in a new way.

Running has quickly become a newfound hobby that I’m genuinely enjoying, and I’m already looking forward to many more 5Ks!

A special thank you to my @hills4atl family for the opportunity to be part of such an amazing cause and for always creating opportunities to come together, give back, and make a difference.

What an amazing cause and the second 5k for @hills4atl. The energy in the crowd and getting to share this moment with some of my favorite people will be a memory that will last a lifetime time. #queenfemy #hills4atl #iamher #blackexcellence

Still taking in what we experienced yesterday. Seeing Atlanta fill the streets with pink, familiar faces, new friends, and so many personal reasons for showing up made this 404-5K one we’ll always remember.

To every survivor who joined us, thank you for letting us celebrate you. To everyone currently facing breast cancer, supporting someone through it, or carrying the memory of someone you love, you have a community beside you. A special love to the women who make Hills4ATL what it is. You deserve your flowers every day.

Thank you to our sponsors, @thewilsonpc and @gregoryblevettandsons , for helping make this day possible, and Atlanta Streets Alive for hosting us. @nodpercussion and the drumline set the tone, our team put so much care into bringing everyone together, and @ogd_media @_marigramm captured moments we’ll get to hold onto long after yesterday.

You could have spent your Sunday anywhere, and you chose to spend it with us and show up for something meaningful. That means everything. Love you, Atlanta. 💗

SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS THE CAT SUIT COLLABORATION? 🖤

It’s not just a photoshoot. This Sunday, October 11, Atlanta models are getting a full portfolio-building + model development experience designed around content, skill development, industry exposure and opportunity.

HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENING MODEL SUNDAY:

📸 DIGITALS DAY
Create updated professional digitals for your portfolio, submissions and agency opportunities.

🖤 EDITORIAL CAT SUIT COLLAB SHOOT
Build elevated editorial content in a professional production environment alongside photographers, media and creatives.

🎯 POSE COACHING — RYAN AMANDA
Receive hands-on direction in posing, body positioning, angles, movement, facial expression, transitions and camera awareness — so you’re not just getting the shot, you’re learning how to create stronger shots at your next shoot or booking.

👠 RUNWAY TRAINING
Develop walk technique, posture, pacing, presentation, turns and runway presence with professional instruction you can apply to future runway opportunities.

🏆 THE MODEL WALK OFF PRELIMINARIES
Put those skills into action during the TMWO preliminaries and gain experience performing in a competitive runway environment.

📰 MEDIA + INDUSTRY EXPOSURE
Work alongside multiple media outlets and creative professionals while creating opportunities for publication, content exposure, networking and increased industry visibility.

📱 PORTFOLIO-BUILDING CONTENT
Leave with professional assets that can support your portfolio, comp card, social platforms, submissions and future booking efforts.

So when we say MODEL SUNDAY, we mean a full day built around developing the model, building the portfolio and creating opportunities.

CONTENT. COACHING. RUNWAY. COMPETITION. MEDIA. CONNECTIONS. OPPORTUNITY.
