Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menjatuhkan sanksi administratif berupa denda dengan total Rp2,1 triliun kepada tiga emiten, yakni PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. (DSSA), PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk. (BREN), dan PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk. (CUAN), terkait hasil pemeriksaan dugaan pelanggaran di pasar modal. Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal, Keuangan Derivatif, dan Bursa Karbon OJK Hasan Fawzi mengatakan denda yang dikenakan terdiri dari Rp1,5 triliun kepada DSSA, Rp500 miliar kepada BREN, dan Rp100 miliar kepada CUAN. “Karenanya atas hal tersebut di atas, OJK mengenakan sanksi administratif berupa denda sebesar Rp1,5 triliun kepada DSSA, sebesar Rp500 miliar kepada BREN, dan sebesar Rp100 miliar kepada CUAN,” ujar Hasan dalam konferensi pers, Jumat (16/10/2026). Dalam pemeriksaan penawaran umum saham BREN dan CUAN, OJK menemukan fakta bahwa saham yang ditawarkan telah direncanakan sejak awal untuk diperuntukkan bagi kelompok pihak yang terkait dengan pemegang saham pengendali. OJK telah meminta data dan dokumen kepada empat anggota bursa penjamin emisi efek serta tiga bank kustodian. OJK juga telah memanggil sedikitnya lima anggota direksi perusahaan efek, tiga bank kustodian, dan tujuh pihak yang terlibat dalam penjatahan pasti saham. "Yang dimaksud dengan emiten adalah kegiatan penjatahan dan/atau perdagangan atas saham-saham tersebut. Sedangkan pihak yang dikenakan sanksi adalah pelaku perdagangan, penjamin emisi, pihak yang melakukan penjatahan pasti dan UBO dari emiten, yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran ketentuan peraturan perunndangan di pasar modal," ungkap Hasan Fawzi. Hasan mengatakan OJK menemukan fakta berupa tindakan menyesatkan dalam pemesanan saham BREN dan CUAN. Sejumlah pihak yang terkait dengan pengendali perusahaan disebut memperoleh penjatahan saham dalam jumlah besar dengan mengaburkan identitas mereka. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada terkonsentrasinya kepemilikan saham BREN dan CUAN pada kelompok tertentu sehingga jumlah saham yang beredar di pasar menjadi terbatas.
