Experimenting with an ancient food.
Tempeh with broccolini, onion and herbs/spices of your liking.
I sautรฉed the cubed tempeh, the sliced onion and the broccolini in sesame oil, adding a little bit of salt, turmeric, chilli, rosemary, parsley and a splash of squeezed lemon juice.
Divided little ones on this one. Two against two ๐๐ก๐ค

A two-two split means the tiny tasting panel took its job seriously ๐ Lovely to see them trying tempeh, even when it is not unanimous.

Love tempeh! Always cook wirh anchovies and peanuts with sweet chili sauce. Will going to try your version sometime though, it's a a lovely change of pace.
