I get asked a lot what I actually do all day. The honest answer? Most of my time isn't spent at open houses or negotiating offers. It's spent connecting with people and figuring out if we're actually a good fit. Because here's what I've learned after a year in this business: not every agent is right for every person, and pretending otherwise does everyone a disservice. So I spend my days having real conversations. Sometimes that means I help you buy or sell here in Cache Valley. Other times, it means recognizing that someone else might serve you better β and making that connection happen, even when there's nothing in it for me. I know that sounds backwards in a commission-based industry. But I grew up here, I fish these rivers, I ski these mountains, and I plan on being around long after any single transaction. Building something real matters more than closing something fast.
