Trying out the @attaquer balaclava for winter 🥶❄️

Was 0-2°C when we started today and I’d have to say it is good. Warm and easy to breathe through and doesn’t get soaked. Not so easy to eat portokalopita with.

Same time 🕔, same place, different season, different practice!
The reason why yoga isn’t boring… every practice is unique.

After 16 years of almost daily practice, yoga is really a way of living for me instead of a “hobby” or a “workout”…
Yoga is not only about doing yogaposes, even though mainly the poses are shown on social media and taught in yoga classes.
The practice of asana (posture) is only one part of Hatha Yoga, aside to pranayama (breathing practice), mudra (seal), bandha (lock), shatkarma (cleansing practice). One could see Hatha yoga as a physical and mental preparation for higher yoga, Raja Yoga, that leads up to concentration and meditation to finally see oneself in one’s true nature.
Aside from the Hatha-Raja yoga pathway, there are other paths to reach enlightenment… through Bhakti yoga (devotion) Jnana yoga (knowledge) and Karma yoga (action). According to your personality you’ll find the path.

Kondisi infrastruktur jalan yang rusak di Desa Selajambe, Kecamatan Cisaat, Kabupaten Sukabumi, kembali menjadi sorotan publik. Hal ini mengemuka setelah beredar video yang memperlihatkan musibah yang menimpa seorang pedagang cincau, di mana seluruh barang dagangannya jatuh dan berceceran di jalanan saat tengah melintas.

Unggahan akun TikTok ilanrsd pada Jumat (30/10/2026) tersebut memicu keprihatinan luas dari masyarakat setempat dan warganet. Kejadian ini mempertegas pentingnya akses jalan yang layak, tidak hanya demi kenyamanan dan keselamatan pengguna jalan, tetapi juga demi menunjang keberlangsungan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat kecil yang menggantungkan mata pencahariannya di jalanan.
