🍷 Elgin County Girls' Day Out! 🌿🕯️

What a blissful day exploring Elgin County with my favorite people! We packed a whole lot of fun into an 11-to-4 whirlwind tour, and we’re officially calling it a massive success.

A huge shoutout and thank you to our incredible designated driver (@murdockjason) for chauffeuring us around all day—complete with his very fancy hat and "Durty Murdy" girls day wine tour shirt to make it official. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌🧢

Here’s where our adventure actually took us:
• Sparta House Tea Room: We kicked things off right with an English lunch in the historic (and haunted) village of Sparta. 🫖✨

• Sparta Candle Shop: We wandered over to check out the local candle store and took in all the amazing scents in town. 🕯️🌿 oh yes and a quick visit to the Whistle Stop Peddlers Antique shop where we were met by a jovial chap who yapped and yapped 🥴

• Rush Creek Wines: Plot twist! Even though Google still talks it up as a great stop, we found out the hard way that they are closed! Note to self: always double-check those Google listings. 😉🚫🍇

• Skye Chase Estate Winery: We didn't miss a beat, heading straight over to relax on the patio, sip some VQA estate wines, and take in the gorgeous views overlooking the vines. 🍷🍇

We rolled out at 11:00 AM, wrapped it all up by 4:00 PM, and now we are safely back home in our jammies ready for a wild, crazy Saturday night in. 😂🛋️🍿
