Is there anything I should or shouldn't do with my hair before my appointment??

For any new a little preparation can make such a difference! Our colour stylist Niamh has made a few notes that she would recommend .

🤎 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗢!
Save those Pinterest photos and screenshots. Even if we've talked about them at the consultation, it's helpful to have them on the day and any other inspo you may have found

🤎 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗟𝗬 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥. In fact, having a couple of days of natural oils on your scalp can help provide a protective barrier, especially when bleaching. So don't worry about freshly washing your hair before you arrive! 🫶
We'll make sure your hair is thoroughly cleansed with a lovely colour-protecting shampoo and conditioner.

🤎𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦.
That being said arriving with a full head of product whether it's root spray , gel or hairspray can be a problem . Too much can mean we have to wash your hair first as these products cause a barrier and will affect our colouring process

Some colour lour appointments can take a good few hours, so make sure you're comfy and ready for a little salon day! ☕️📱 Bring a drink, snacks, your phone charger and anything else you might need so you can sit back and relax .
