Lachsbratwurst | Kartoffelpüree | Haha-Hihi
Vorweg:
Gebratene Lachsbratwurst „Parmesan“ auf einem Püree aus Kartoffeln, Kapern, Knoblauch, Zwiebeln und getrockneten Tomaten, abgeschmeckt mit Zitronenabrieb. Dazu etwas Zitronensauce, ein Parmesanchip und frischer Rucola. Zack, fertig!
In 10 Jahren als Produktentwickler sind viele Innovationen, Kreationen und Produkte entstanden, die es auf den Markt geschafft haben. Doch eines hat mich ganz besonders geprägt: meine Lachsbratwurst „Parmesan“.
Zu meinem Jubiläum gab es unter anderem ein ganz besonderes Geschenk: einen humorvollen Teller, der meine Sammlung von mittlerweile über 100 Stück erweitert hat. Und was könnte thematisch besser passen, als mein kleines „Meisterwerk“ genau darauf anzurichten?
Vielen Dank für dieses besondere Geschenk! ☺️
First up:
pan-fried Parmesan salmon sausage on a potato purée with capers, garlic, onions and sun-dried tomatoes, seasoned with lemon zest. Served with a little lemon sauce, a Parmesan crisp and fresh rocket. Boom, done!
Over 10 years as a product developer, I’ve seen many innovations, creations and products make it onto the market. But one of them has had a particularly special impact on me: my Parmesan salmon sausage.
Among other things, I received a very special gift to celebrate my work anniversary: a humorous plate that has now joined my collection of over 100 plates. And what could be more fitting than plating my little “masterpiece” on this very plate?
