Chicken soup for the soul!! Packed with protein and gut loving plant fibres, this is the perfect soup to make weekly to avoid falling sick this winter. It’s also packed with hydrating foods to keep your skin beautiful and glowing ✨ It includes foods that are amazing for detoxing the body to keep you regular, eliminate constipation and bloating and ultimately feel your best! Comment “shop” to get the @thegiadzy ingredients @bodybykondi used to make this cozy dish. Recipe: *organic and local ingredients are best if possible for the most nutrients!* In a slow cooker, add an organic chicken with 1 cup organic dry white beans, 3 cups chopped carrots, 2 small turnips chopped, 2 cups chopped celery, 2 inch knob minced ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic (chop these and let sit for 10 mins to enhance the antioxidant properties 10x), 1 bunch of parsley, 1 Tbsp fennel seeds and spicy seasoned sea salt. Cover with filtered water and let cook overnight over for about 8-12 hours. Enjoy with your favourite GF noodle (I used Giadzy Stelline), olive oil and enjoy! #chickensoup #fluseason #naturalremedies #coldandfluseason #healingfoods

They want you to be a fat, infertile f***s reliant on the system for “health” help… (whoever “they” is) How can YOU live more PRIMALLY ALIGNED? Free of lifestyle-inflicted dis-ease? Simple: 1) dynamically move — find a movement centric hobby, train hard, squat, push, pull, rotate, lift, carry 2) JERF — Just Eat Real Food (comment UNTAMED for my holistic nutrition guide I’ll send ya) 3) stop stressing, breathe, rest, actually SLEEP — no blue light, magnesium, create purpose Follow nature. Live natty.
It's my birthday!!!! I am happy, my heart is smiling, and I am doing things that little me, in my wildest dreams, never thought would be possible. But here I am. The lines on my face (hopefully not too many!) are lines of wisdom, laughter, experience and a face that lights up with excitement. And I am nowhere near finished. I am still dreaming big, chasing those dreams with optimism, tenacity, heart and a whole lot of love. I still have so many stories I want to tell, places I want to see, people I want to meet and experiences I want to live. I want to keep growing, learning, creating and saying YES to the things that make my heart sing. But more than anything, I want to leave a positive impression wherever I go. To make people feel seen, heard, valued and loved. To leave people a little better than I found them. Because life isn't just about the things we achieve or the places we go. It's about the connections we make, the laughter we share and the difference we make along the way. So here's to another year of living boldly, loving deeply, telling stories and making memories. Here's to the little girl who never stopped dreaming, the woman who keeps showing up, and all the beautiful things still to come. 54, I am ready for you! And if there's one thing I know for sure, it's that my best stories are still waiting to be told. 💋💋 #birthday #foryou #birthdaygirl #fyp #midlifeconfidence
NYC MARATHON🏅😭. From having FOMO last year, to finding a charity to fundraise for, to getting approved, to ACTUALLY running and safely FINISHING the NYC Marathon (way faster than my training times ever predicted)… ONLY GOD. 😭🙌🏼 I had never run more than 3 miles before starting training for this, and to look back and see how far God has brought me is surreal. So incredibly thankful for everyone who came out to support me during my FIRST EVER marathon. Every cheer, sign, message, and word of encouragement meant more than you know. Forever grateful for all of you. 😭💛 26.2✅ #nycmarathon #nyc #marathon #oneanddone
In the 1990s, Southern Democrats redrew US House districts to try to maintain power. It backfired, and the term "dummymander" was born. Will this cycle's gerrymandering go the same way? Read more at the link in bio. 📷️: Ryan Murphy/AFP via Getty
