Walton Youth Running Club

Significant drop in temperatures and some very tricky traffic with 285 and I-20 closures, didn’t stop these kids this Saturday at the Trojan Elite XC Meet. 28 teams to compete along side and Walton Youth showed up putting all our training to the test. This was a great preview for the USATF State Championship course and our athletes really brought their best!

Congratulations to the 8U boys, 9-10 girls, and 11-12 girls for first place team placements, and to our 9-10 boys for their second place team placement! Cannot wait to see how these runner deliver at our Walton Home Meet Oct. 31st.
