A group of people stands on a paved rooftop of Steinberg, some using cameras and tripods to view a solar eclipse. Blue sky and trees are in the background.

A lively winter scene features numerous people ice skating on an outdoor rink surrounded by snow-dusted trees. Some individuals stand on the rooftop terrace, overlooking the rink.
A digital illustration shows children playing joyfully in summer and people dining underneath white shade structures amid lush greenery on The Glade's rooftop terrace.

Flashback to the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse, viewed from atop Steinberg Rink in @forestparkforever. While this was an amazing moment in time, we're pretty sure, and very excited, that our community will find many daily ways to use the rooftop terrace at The Glade!

Three days in Edinburgh and I’m starting to suspect the Scots have figured something out. Everything feels a little slower here. People are friendly without being annoying about it, the city is small enough to get lost in without actually getting lost, and even the ugly weather somehow suits the place. It’s all crooked streets, old stones, warm pubs and that weird feeling that a witch might live upstairs and nobody would give a shit. I like that. It’s cosy without being cute. A little rough, a little magical, and completely uninterested in impressing anyone. Flying back to Milan tonight. Not particularly thrilled about it. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #edimburgh
