Min største fiende er katastrofetankene mine.
De kan heldigvis fintes med setningen:
«hva hvis det går bra da»?

Comment “COACH” and me send you Calorie calculator and meal plan generator.

Leanbulkmaxxing 101

Skinny boy says “bro me eat everything, me no gain weight.”
Bullshit habibi.
You no have fast metabolism. You have small appetite.
No meal plan. No tracking.

You think you eat 3000 calories. Reality? 2000.

How to lean bulk:
1- Calculate your maintenance

2- Surplus 10 to 15% above maintenance
No eating everything you see. That is not a bulk. That is a trash can.

3- Up 1 to 2 kilo per month. 2 weeks no move? Up 200 calories. The scale decides, not your feelings.

4- Drink your calories. Milk, oats, peanut butter, banana, whey, blender. 1000 calories in 5 minutes, no full stomach.

5- Protein 2x bodyweight in kg. Carbs 2x protein. More carbs, less fiber. Rice yes, potato no.

6- Train heavy. Progressive overload. Surplus plus clown training? Belly grows, not arms.
Cardio light. Walk yes, marathon no.

Lean bulk is not eating the maximum.
It is eating a little more, every day, for months.
One year later, nobody calls you skinny.
