Sam Thorn plays Hijack Comedy this Wednesday 10/21!!! @slamwisebamgee @hijackcomedy Free music and comedy show! Sam is one of the most talented songwriters I’ve met in North Carolina. We are so excited to have him back on Hijack this week! Sam Thorn is a singer/songwriter with roots in the quiet suburbs of southern England and the coast of California. Now based in Durham, his songs are quiet time capsules of found objects, spare syllables, and silly jokes, fished out of a sea of reverb and love - an attempt to find stable footing in a world that gets wobblier every day. You can find him around the triangle singing with his own band Flower Gauntlet and playing saxophone with rambunctious rock outfit The Rattletraps. @the.rattletrap Hijack Comedy is a weekly comedy talk show, held every Wednesday @cannonball_music in Raleigh, North Carolina. Every show features a line up of new and seasoned comedians, plus a musical guest. Hijack Comedy’s unique format and chaotic energy has been a hit with audiences around the triangle. Don’t miss your chance to experience Hijack! #trianglecomedy #raleighnc #hijackcomedy #performance #raleighnc

Katanya garansi 2 jam sampai, eh baru setengah jam udah digedor kurir! Mana nyawa belum kumpul, kaki lemes turun tangga, dan ujung-ujungnya ini HP buat istri pula... Tapi jujur, @bliblidotcom emang gak kaleng-kaleng! Kurang dari 2 jam sudah sampai di depan pintu. Mana dapet proteksi 36 bulan lagi. Terbaik emang, ashooy! Kurang totalitas apa coba? Angkat aku jadi Brand Ambassador-mu, Blibli! #HelloiPhone18ProByBlibli

8 bizarre habits that physically raise your frequency. Frequency is not an esoteric invention. It is the state of your nervous system. When you are calm, your body resonates on the same wavelength as luck. When you are tense, on the wavelength of loss. 1. Hum for 2 minutes. 2. Before sleep, say: “Show me what I need to see tonight.” 3. 20 seconds of gratitude, hand on your heart. 4. Imagine your future self in six months. 5. 2 minutes in the sun with closed eyes. 6. Live through stuck anger with your body. 7. Whatever you do fast, do it slowly. 8. Before sleep, step into your future self. Don’t believe it. Test it. But notice what all eight have in common. None of them work once. Your nervous system learns its frequency from what it repeats, and the tense voice gets the first word every morning. There’s a one minute window right after you wake, before your eyes open, when your brain is still in theta and takes what it hears as instruction rather than opinion. Comment MIND and I’ll send you what I use. Share these techniques with your friends.
I watched a love story and came away thinking about windows. As one does. 😁 Did you notice this too, or were you busy falling for Ashley and Justin? And what else did I miss in this gem? A tiny detail, a visual connection, something happening in the background? Tell me. Give me another reason to rewatch. ❤️ And, follow @inthemoodforsouth for more in this series.
