I feel a bit vulnerable sharing but yesterday I felt proud of myself for finishing my first fitness comp since having my last child…so I thought I would share a bit of that with you.
A few days ago a friend called me and asked if I would stand in last min for Kelt X as her original partner was sick. I instantly felt excited and said yes….But almost instantly doubted if I could do it as I’d not trained for it at all. In retrospect being put on the spot like this was the best situation for me because if she had asked me 12 or 6 or 3 months ago the answer would have been no.
Thankful that @bottomsup_reformerpilates called me, dragged me to Cornwall and made me run with her ✨
So whatever makes you feel the fear go do it anyway!

Omg Vik I’m so grateful you said yes, so impressed you smashed it and so proud that you smiled all the way round. We saw people from our past training days and they were full of hugs and kisses, we were supported by your boys that didn’t exist back then. We’ve been friends for years and have supported each other whilst building our little businesses. But honestly Vik this weekend you came up trumps, it’s not all about a little keltx but it was, coincidentally, your time to shine and you proved you’re strong , powerful, resilient and naturally beautiful. inside and out. A true warrior. Lots of love and respect. Let’s go .. 🙏❤️
