I feel a bit vulnerable sharing but yesterday I felt proud of myself for finishing my first fitness comp since having my last child…so I thought I would share a bit of that with you.

A few days ago a friend called me and asked if I would stand in last min for Kelt X as her original partner was sick. I instantly felt excited and said yes….But almost instantly doubted if I could do it as I’d not trained for it at all. In retrospect being put on the spot like this was the best situation for me because if she had asked me 12 or 6 or 3 months ago the answer would have been no.

Thankful that @bottomsup_reformerpilates called me, dragged me to Cornwall and made me run with her ✨

I’ve been making some changes behind the scenes, creating a space that feels more like the vision I’ve had in my head for Elemental.
