I have a parlay that missed by 1 leg tonight. The player was Ja Morant I just needed him to get 2 more assists but he was ruled out due to an injury in the 4th quarter. I was expecting the Fair Play Max protection to take effect but instead the parlay went into the lost column. May I get my parlay reevaluated ? As a customer I feel like it’s worth looking into especially after being informed from the app that the protection is for the full game as long as it’s one leg in the parlay of player props.

This app was #1 on my list until they permanently banned my account without giving me any real reason ! Been dealing with this for 1 Year + already 🤦🏾♂️👎🏾

Injury protection on player props is the one promo that actually addresses the biggest variance in the market. Half the bad beats in props are a guy leaving in the 2nd quarter, not a bad read. Respect for making it free 🤝
