Join us for a cosy Christmas evening in the Lodge Barn at fforest.

Start with sloe-secco and pre-dinner snacks by the fire, before heading into the Lodge Barn for a delicious wood-fired dinner.

On the menu:

~Starter:
Smoked salmon with watercress, garden herbs and horseradish crème fraîche.

🌱Vegetarian option ~
Smoked beetroot with watercress, garden herbs and horseradish crème fraîche.

~Main:
Wood-roasted, turkey crown (porchetta-style) with stuffing and salsa roja sauce.

🌱Vegetarian option> Chou farci stuffed cabbage with spiced lentils and wild mushrooms.

[Both served with seasonal sides]

~Dessert:
Basque cheesecake.

Enjoy 1.5 hours at our nature spa, with a wood-fired sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, followed by prosecco in the spa lounge before dinner.

Early: Spa 2:45–4:15pm | Dinner 5pm
