There is a quietness to this house that comes from the way it sits within its surroundings.
Set on an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. plot in The Nest, Al Barari, the house opens onto layers of greenery, with the garden, pool and lake extending the view beyond the interiors.
Inside, the spaces are light and understated, with clean lines, neutral finishes and generous glazing that keeps the landscape present throughout the home. A darker kitchen adds contrast, while the main living areas remain open, calm and filled with natural light.
The house offers five bedrooms across approximately 7,463 sq. ft., yet it is the relationship between inside and out that gives it its character.

A 12,000 sq ft plot on the lake in The Nest is rare stock for Al Barari. Have green, low-density communities been holding value better than Palm villas this year?
