Ask most business owners which websites link to theirs, and you'll get a blank look. It's not something anyone checks day to day — until a broken backlink or a weak page title quietly costs you visibility you didn't know you had.
Ahrefs Webmaster Tools is free once you verify you own your site. It shows you who links to you, flags any of those links that have broken, and points out pages with missing or weak title tags and descriptions.
It won't give you full competitor research — that's the paid version. But for checking the health of your own site, it's hard to beat for free.
