RADICAL BRAIN DISCIPLINES

PSYCHO NATURAL — a collaborative piece between @mental.athletic and @acg , tracing a journey at the threshold of the real and the digital, drawing from a wide range of utopian visual and literary references.

For this video and print exhibition, studio @avoir.ig took over its own offices and designed the scenography in collaboration with @radicalbrain.eu : a living, digital environment where mushrooms grow throughout the exhibition on blocks of mycelium.

@radicalbrain.eu handled the production of the exhibition and the opening night.

Working with a living material was an absolute first for us. An unprecedented approach, which opens a long-term development path: we are gradually building a circle of experts and artists around these materials, to make the living a fully-fledged medium of production.
