Hot and crispy : chicken wings, marinated in a spicy, homemade marinade of honey, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, chili, salt, pepper, and garlic, were baked until crispy after resting in the oven. They were served with a fresh cucumber and bell pepper salad with mayonnaise, oil, milk, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Delicious and fresh.
