Subtle details have their own sort of drama. While often quiet, the elegance is striking. These finally crafted antiques add depth and interest to a room.

We talk a lot about quiet luxury when it comes to fashion, but in the antiques world there are similarly understated pieces that echo the same goals of craftsmanship, luxurious materials, and timeless design. They feel effortlessly chic.

These pieces of furniture and decor often fly under the radar, but they can really take on a staring role when used thoughtfully.

What’s your favorite “quiet luxury” antique? I’m suggesting these three as deserving of a spot on the list: oxblood Chinese porcelain, antique copper, and beautiful inlaid decor.
