Just got back from an incredible trip to Austin, Texas, for my fourth consecutive Power Athlete Coaches Collective.
First off, huge thanks to John Welbourn and the entire @powerathletehq crew for continuing to raise the standard in our industry.
Some of the best minds in strength and performance sharing ideas, research, and a common mission to become better coaches.

I also had the opportunity to visit two BOS clients doing amazing things in Austin.
Crystal Heinatz at Chalk Training, who recently expanded into a beautiful new facility, and Jared and Kaitlyn at The Focus Room, who’ve created an incredible boutique personal training experience.
