Coach HT 🐼

I don’t usually do clapbacks, but when you come for women wearing shorts, you’re going to get a response. 😏💪🏾

Shane Gillis, your time is almost up.

Hi my name is Heather, aka Coach HT. I’ve worked YEARS to build this body. Hundreds of Sweat tears. Reps and sets.

I’ve put in the work. I’ve built the muscle. I’ve earned the confidence. And I feel GOOD in this body.

I can show it off, or I can cover it up. That’s MY choice. What I shouldn’t have to do is feel ashamed of my body because someone else apparently lacks the self-control. Blaming your inability to hold yourself. Accountable is pathetic, and would be unacceptable if it was the other way around.

Honestly? I’m tired of this joke. It’s played out. Other comedians have done the same tired routine with different wording.

Between this and the Sydney Sweeney situation, people keep asking why women are so upset. THIS. RIGHT HERE.

We are tired of being objectified.

Yes, we have boobs. Yes, we have asses. Yes, we have curves. But we ALSO have muscles, brains, ambitions, businesses, discipline, and entire lives that don’t revolve around being appealing to men. Look around, women are doing what women like to do whereas men are stuck, thinking about what women should and should not be doing. Focus on yourself and your own growth.
And let’s talk about this obsession with “respect.” Men love to demand it, but too many seem to believe women have to EARN it while men are entitled to it.

NOPE. We’re done with that.

I’m not shrinking myself, hiding my hard work, or dressing to make someone else more comfortable with their own lack of discipline.
Get your game up or get out of the way. And please, for the love of everything, let’s stop confusing fragile egos with masculinity. The little-dick-energy epidemic is getting out of hand. 😂

Now excuse me while I go lift heavy in my #whoreshorts. 🍑🏋🏾‍♀️
