Anthropic published its own numbers on what happens past the pilot.
Agents logged 6 hours of run time for every hour their people worked by August. That's run time, not work done. Most of a session is the agent waiting on a person, and reading everything agents produce would fill over half the work week.
So the job moves. Writing the instructions and reviewing the output.
Mine run on written policies. No policy, it comes to me, then it writes one.
