In business, challenges never stop. Markets change, conditions shift, and curveballs happen. The real advantage is having the right people, systems, and mindset to face them together.

That is why I am honoured to share that Titan Network is ranked No. 567 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list.

This achievement belongs to everyone who makes Titan what it is. Our team builds tools, creates playbooks, and shapes strategies that help members move faster and make confident decisions. Our members bring an open and abundant mindset, sharing their skills and experience so the whole network grows stronger.

Every win and every idea comes from many people working side by side, testing, improving, and pushing each other forward. Together We Are Stronger is not just something we say. It is how we operate every day.

The future is even more exciting. AI is changing how businesses work, connect, and grow. We are building the systems that will help lead the next stage of e-commerce, and we will do it together.

To our team, members, clients, and partners, thank you for believing in our mission and being part of the journey. Here is to meeting the challenges ahead and creating the future together.

Here's a breakdown of the Anthropic S-1 for operators.

19 slides. The best part is near the end. by @danashburnuk

Personal AI works for one person. It breaks at user 2.

Your VA opens a blank chat. Your ops manager's AI edits the SOP yours relies on. Nobody's sure who should see the margins.

Tomorrow John Aspinall and I are showing a Company AI OS running with a team, live on Zoom. Day 1 is free. Monday 2 November, 9am Eastern, 2pm UK, 6pm Dubai.

It's for ecommerce operators with at least one person who should work from the same knowledge. Not for you if you want a list of prompts.

Your AI sees about 10% of your business.

It knows the world. It doesn't know your margins, your suppliers, or why you priced that product the way you did. So each new chat starts blank and you explain it all again.

Set it up for yourself and it works. Add a VA or an ops manager and it breaks. Who sees what, which AI can change what, two AIs writing to the same files.

A speech lasts until the next busy week. A system is still running.

Put the check in the calendar, give it an owner, and look at the same thing every week. That is how a new way of working sticks.

Send this to whoever just announced a big change.

Anthropic published its own numbers on what happens past the pilot.

Agents logged 6 hours of run time for every hour their people worked by August. That's run time, not work done. Most of a session is the agent waiting on a person, and reading everything agents produce would fill over half the work week.

So the job moves. Writing the instructions and reviewing the output.

Mine run on written policies. No policy, it comes to me, then it writes one.

Every chart credited. Send it to whoever runs AI in your business.

One of our senior Titan team, Andrew, found $10k in tax refunds in his business with Claude. His own words were "Claude just found another $10k in tax refunds for me!"

He never connected it to his bank or QuickBooks. He downloaded every transaction, let Claude sort it and ask its questions, then had it write a hand-off for his accountant with the raw files attached.

The last step is the one I'd copy. The accountant's finished return goes back through Claude to look for more deductions.

Not tax advice. Send it to whoever does your books.

I walked a room through this in London last Monday.

My AI works off three confidence levels. No policy means it escalates to me. Medium means it drafts and waits for my yes. High means it runs it itself.

On day one, three things always stop for a human. Money, anything that touches a customer, and anything you can't undo. As confidence builds you loosen it, one area at a time.

That's the difference between a pilot and a system that actually runs. Send it to whoever's setting up AI in your business.

Shopify's agent checkout now carries the buyer's privacy and marketing choices, like opting in to email or SMS. The shop gets those choices with the cart, the checkout and the order.

For store owners that means an order placed by someone's AI agent can now add a real subscriber to your list, the same way your normal checkout does.

Slides 2 and 3 are the two rules worth knowing if you sell on Shopify.

Meta's new Forum app hit core feature parity with Facebook Groups in eight weeks.

How they did it is the interesting bit. They moved from human in the loop to human on the loop. The agent runs plan, build, test and fix. The engineer sets the goal, steps in when it drifts and signs off the result.

The rule I'd steal is on slide 2. When the agent repeats a mistake more than twice, they write the fix once, as a rule, for everyone.

It's close to how I run my agents. I set the policy and guardrails once, they work inside them, and anything they're unsure about comes back to me.

Full write-up from Engineering at Meta, 15 Oct 2026, on their engineering blog.
