Kundalini energy has changed my life… in every aspect of it. And all for the better.

This weekend marks a very special first for me. My very first sold out group event, held right here in Christchurch, where I will be co-facilitating alongside the incredible @monique_elouise, visiting from Melbourne.

A little moment to acknowledge how far I have come, and all that is still unfolding.
