One year at camp when our annual end of the summer sports award day came around I knew - as someone who spent most of her time in the art barn - that I didn’t qualify for any ribbons and I was really bummed.

My teenage counselors with their cutoffs and Converse and T-top Camaros knew that I was sad, so at the very end of the ceremony they presented me with a special hand made ribbon for “Giraffe Legs : The Longest Legs at Camp” and everybody cheered. 😊
