“Whatever you wish for me, I wish for you.” ❤️
A dear friend said these words as she tied a little Italian bracelet around my wrist. I’ve treasured it ever since.
At the wonderful @thecsuite.uk Supper with @forbes Books, hosted by @lucymccarrahermbe MBE, we were invited to bring something meaningful and share the story behind it.
I chose my bracelet.
Because those words reflect exactly how I see life, relationships and business.
Your success is my success. Your growth doesn’t take away from mine. There’s room for us all to thrive.
And listening to everyone around that table share their stories reminded me just how powerful it is when we put our titles aside and connect as human beings.
My second C-Suite Supper, and I somehow leave even more inspired each time!

You are spot on. When was it OK to NOT champion those around you? Actually, this is the default for many. To genuinely support someone on their journey there cannot be an element of competition with that person. You are so right: there IS room for everyone to thrive, everyone to succeed and everyone to achieve. Thank you for being part of @thecsuite.uk x
