Next week, we’ll host our first Legacy Supper with Forbes Books and Lucy McCarraher MBE. We’re looking forward to bringing people together around one table to talk about significance: the experiences that shape us, the ideas we care about, and what we want to share through our work. A book can be one way to give those ideas a voice. The evening will be a chance to reflect on how writing, storytelling and honest conversation can help us live our legacy now. We’ve spent many hours carefully shaping the evening, thinking through every detail and how each one contributes to the experience. With the table now complete, we’re in the final stages of preparation, making sure this feels like more than a supper, but an evening of significance that people will carry with them beyond the table. by @thecsuite.uk
There are moments you can describe. And then there are moments you have to feel. People often ask us, "What is The C-Suite?" This. This is the closest we've come to capturing it. We often say that The C-Suite is the Connection Suite. Not because we simply introduce people, but because we create the conditions for relationships to flourish. The conversations that change perspectives. The introductions that become partnerships. The moments that stay with you long after the evening ends. It's never been about putting influential people in a room. It's about bringing together the right people, around the right table, at exactly the right moment. Every gathering, every conversation and every detail is made possible by an incredible team who pour their hearts into creating experiences that can't be manufactured. And to our members, partners, hosts and guests, thank you. You're not just part of our story. You are the reason it exists. This video is only a snapshot. The real magic happens around the table. by @thecsuite.uk
A few tears shed this evening. But it was good. We arrived as connections and left as something much more. The Shame Changers Supper with Andrea McLean pushed boundaries, changed the way we build connections and left everyone wanting much more beyond the table. Around one table, we shared stories, challenged the shame we carry and discovered that the moments we often hide are the ones that connect us most deeply. That's the magic of The C-Suite. What happens around the table is only the beginning. The real impact begins beyond it, in the relationships, conversations and courage that guests take back into their lives. A special thank you to our wine partner, @pink.penguin.club for helping make the evening possible. We chose to share their story because, like ours, it's built on purpose. A brand with heart, values and a belief that the best conversations happen when people feel comfortable enough to be themselves. That's exactly the kind of partnership we love to bring to the table at @60pallmall . ✨At the table: @andreamclean1 @thetomleigh @petecohen_ @roberthisee @georg.f.gruber @jemelinartigas @lymingtonlouise @karlobaker @colinrutherford59 @thomaspower @pennyfpower @saradavisondivorcecoach @sharrongoodyear @catharina_eden @annaeden.go @sarinacaterina @_faizsyd_ by @thecsuite.uk
What does success really mean to you? In this episode of The C-Suite Lounge Podcast, Anna Eden sits down with author, speaker and coach Simon Alexander Ong to explore why success looks different for everyone, and why defining it on our own terms is so important. From finding clarity and living with intention to the power of human connection, Simon challenges us to question whether we’re pursuing what truly matters to us or simply following someone else’s definition of success. Because success isn’t just about what we achieve, but the life we choose to create along the way. by @thecsuite.uk

“Whatever you wish for me, I wish for you.” ❤️ A dear friend said these words as she tied a little Italian bracelet around my wrist. I’ve treasured it ever since. At the wonderful @thecsuite.uk Supper with @forbes Books, hosted by @lucymccarrahermbe MBE, we were invited to bring something meaningful and share the story behind it. I chose my bracelet. Because those words reflect exactly how I see life, relationships and business. Your success is my success. Your growth doesn’t take away from mine. There’s room for us all to thrive. And listening to everyone around that table share their stories reminded me just how powerful it is when we put our titles aside and connect as human beings. My second C-Suite Supper, and I somehow leave even more inspired each time! Thank you, Lucy, @annaeden.go and the C-Suite team for a beautiful evening of honesty, vulnerability and genuine connection. ❤️ Imagine what we could achieve if we genuinely wished for each other’s success. #ConsciousLeadership #HumanConnection #BusinessRelationships by @thecsuite.uk
At the Forbes Books Legacy Supper, we brought 20 people of influence around one table and came back to the heart of what a book can do: carry your knowledge, ideas and experience into someone else’s life. We asked each guest: What expertise are you sitting on that could add value to other people’s lives? Then we took the thought further. If that expertise became a book, what might its working title be? Who would it be for? Who would you dedicate it to, and who would you dream of writing the foreword? The questions opened up something bigger than a book idea. They invited people to look again at what they know, why it matters, and how it could serve others. To think about writing their legacy as something they can actively shape and share now. There’s something powerful about a physical book: a lasting, tangible way to bring ideas to life and give people the chance to spend time with them. When we return to the core of what we do, we can find a deeper sense of purpose in it, and a story worth telling. @the_authority_company #LegacySuppers #ForbesBooks #Significance #LivingYourLegacy by @thecsuite.uk
Last night marked the first supper in our new partnership with Forbes Books. Together with @lucymccarrahermbe we brought 20 founders, leaders and decision-makers around one table to explore the experiences that have shaped how they lead today and the stories they may one day choose to leave behind. From pivotal life moments to imagined book titles, dedications and the people we would want writing our forewords, the evening became a conversation about sharing in our purpose and legacy. Because sometimes the story you have lived is also the story only you can tell. A powerful first chapter for The C-Suite x Forbes Books. This happened a week ago, and I literally cannot stop thinking about it. Last Wednesday, I joined @thecsuite.uk Pivot Supper at 60 Pall Mall, beautifully curated by @annaeden.go, @sarinacaterina and their team, and co-hosted by @saradavisondivorcecoach. Over food, we each shared a seminal moment that changed the trajectory of our lives and businesses. People were so open about the uncertainty and courage behind their achievements. And the women! Warm, whip-smart, generous and so easy to talk to. By 1.30am, four of us were tucked up in our own beds, still messaging and swapping ideas because none of us wanted the evening to end. Skincare founder @heris_huta also spoilt us with her beautiful gold-infused night serum. Such a generous gift. I left with wonderful new connections and that delicious feeling of my world getting bigger. @donnaida Thornton, the Jean Queen, described The C-Suite’s dinners as “quite possibly the loveliest thing that had happened to her all year.” I now understand exactly what she meant. Anna, Sarina, Sara, Heris and the whole team: thank you. For those of us in our 40s, 50s and 60s, - Gen X women thinking about what we want to build or become next - evenings like this remind us to keep making room for possibility. Being around people whose curiosity, generosity and ambition encourage our own can change what we believe is possible. So say YES to the invitation that intrigues you. START the conversation. ALLOW yourself to be surprised by who you might meet and how you might feel. There are so many people we still haven’t met yet who will become an important part of our next chapter! Some evenings remind you why you love what you do. ✨ Good food, fascinating people, conversations that go well beyond the usual introductions… and a few unexpected laughs along the way. I love being in rooms where people bring not just their experience and ambition, but their personalities, stories and a little bit of themselves. Because the best connections are rarely the ones you plan. A beautiful evening with @thecsuite.uk, hosted by the wonderful @saradavisondivorcecoach. Thank you for bringing such an interesting group of people around one table. 🤍 More evenings like this, please! 🥂 Credits: incredible photography by the amazing @sharrongoodyear #leadership #networking #supper by @thecsuite.uk
A meaningful business connection rarely begins with a transaction. More often, it begins with a conversation where people feel able to show up honestly. Last week, we hosted The Pivot Supper with Sara Davison, bringing 20 leaders and founders together around one question: what changes our direction? Some pivots are chosen. Others begin with circumstances we never wanted. @saradavisondivorcecoach opened the evening by sharing her own experience, including how personal change shaped the mission behind her new pivot: The Breakup & Divorce Club. Around the table, personal stories sat alongside professional ones, creating a conversation that was moving, generous and rich with ideas. The response afterwards captured what made the evening distinctive: this was no ordinary supper. It didn’t follow a set format or tick boxes. It was raw, honest and remarkable. We see the power of a thoughtfully curated gathering. Bring people of influence together with a clear purpose, make room for real conversation, and connections can deepen in ways that a calendar of back-to-back meetings rarely allows. New perspectives emerge. People find common ground. Ideas begin to move. This is a more human way to do business, and one that gives leaders room to make their next pivot with greater clarity, connection and purpose. Thank you to everyone who made the evening what it was. @michellefordofficial @richardfarleigh samwhiteentrepreneur @zeynabalk @cecilie_ @rickyflax @heris_huta @dolly_jones @midlifementors 🎥 A heartfelt thank you to our Executive Producer @sarinacaterina and her incredible team at @fourbentcorners for always bringing our creative vision to life so beautifully. 📷 Every moment was captured beautifully through the magical lens and creative eye of our Head of Brand and Photography, @sharrongoodyear 👠 Every detail thoughtfully considered and beautifully brought together by our fashion and styling consultant, @catharina_eden Thank you to @heris_huta for partnering with us and sharing her exceptional products with the guests. The brand and the pivot she is currently navigating were thoughtfully woven into the supper experience. #TheCSuite #Connection by @thecsuite.uk
