We just closed our biggest listing EVER and there wasn’t one thing I didn’t personally do. Removing unwanted items, cleaning, chasing down contractors, etc. My client told me to do whatever needs to be done and that’s exactly what I did. Do I call myself a luxury agent? NO. I don’t turn away any listings, BUT do I deliver every time I receive an opportunity to list a high-end home? YES. Thank you @jenniferevansevents for the opportunity!
