Friday & Saturday mornings are when the week really gets into a groove for us down here at 62 Brussels St.
I still always have that nervous “what if nobody comes?” moment around 9am, but then 10am comes around and there you are, showing up for us again.
As we get deeper into winter and the weather inevitably continues to turn, we’re bound to see less of you in the queue…
So this is a thank you to each and every one of you that keeps prioritising their weekly trip to the bakery over being warm and dry.
