Feeling floor-curious? 👀
If you've had your eye on Freaky Floorwork at @spincitybristol but can't quite wrap your head around taking a whole class without (gasp!) the pole...

I GET IT! We all have limited time to devote to the metal stick, and surrendering an hour you COULD be spending on nailing the latest trick or doubling-down on your choreo goals can feel like a major sacrifice.

But what if I became that meme from the Matrix and said 'But what if I told you...'

...that floorwork can actually be a HUGE help in making all your pole dreams come true AND unlocking a whole new side of yourself and your movement. If things like flow, presence, details, or just plain fun and enjoyment are on your pole-related radar, they might just be waiting for you to find them down on the floor!

Wherever you're at in your pole journey, I firmly believe floorwork has something to offer everyone, and I love seeing students discover all the goodness there is to be found on the ground.

Come join me on Wednesday evenings all November long at Spin City to explore for yourself!
