POV: your sister just became your new coworker 🤝😂
Catch Instructor Jordyn on the mic & SA Morgan at the desk every Thursday at 6:30 & 7:30 AM! 🖤
At BODYROK, we’re all family… but these two actually are 🫶🏼
👀 Keep your eyes peeled for our newly trained Studio Advisors at the desk next time you pop in!
🔥 Grab your spot and sign up for classes early through our website, Mindbody, ClassPass, or the BODYROK app! We can’t wait to have you ROK with us! 💪🏼

A team people recognize by name is what keeps a studio full. Thursday mornings sound like they already have their regulars. Love that you put your people front and center.
