Then I started learning about Jesus and reading my Bible for myself… and understanding grace changed everything. ❤️
Romans 10:9–10 points us to believing in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead and confessing Him as Lord. Ephesians 2:8–9 reminds us that salvation is God’s gift, received through faith.
Repentance matters. Turning to God matters. But I can’t earn salvation through my own goodness or by getting everything right. Jesus is the one who saves me.
And the more I come to know Him, the more I want to follow Him. That obedience grows from my faith and love for Him.

What a blessing to have been given the revelation of being freed from the “guilt trip” of “works” that so many Christians were led to believe. It is by God’s grace alone that we are saved 🙏🙏

The problem is that repentance has nothing to do with sin, it is change your mind. I repented and never mentioned sin, I asked for help and in exchange would serve forever. As you say it all about faith (Joh 3:14-16).

Good works are byproduct of salvation. And it still isn’t out good works. It’s the good work of the Holy Spirit in us.

Well said! I was born again when I recognized his death as the remission of my sins. That’s the Gospel. Church had nothing to do with it.
