How about incorporating it into a horseradish cream sauce? Start off with a par-baked crust, using a light sprinkling of mozzarella/white cheddar, then remove from oven, add thinly sliced rare prime rib (or roast beef). Then top with dollops of the horseradish cream sauce, finish with chopped chives, or dill.. to make the horseradish cream sauce: start with some sour cream, mayo, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and then drizzle in your Corto to horseradish olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. C’mon… you got this Jim!!! Do it & Post pics

V I P E R S Q U A Y - S M A L L B A T H R O O M D E S I G N | This is the smallest bathroom at Vipers Quay measuring about 1.3m deep x 2-2.1m across. I’m deploying all the tricks of the trade to give the illusion of more space: - a clear floor - loo & sink off the floor - continuous floor into shower - running floor tiles up the wall to blur boundaries - continuing the wall finish / colour onto the ceiling for the same reason - a large mirror to reflect the room and bounce light around - a continuous ledge into the shower The material palette is light and warm with movement and interest from the Venetian facade stucco (great for mould also) and the soft terrazzo. Little touches of wood will be important too.
