SchoolMessenger Communicate is currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple school boards.
Families can continue to report student absences using the PowerSchool SafeArrival phone reporting option. Attendance updates in PowerSchool continue to function normally; however, online absence reporting is currently impacted.

Schools are temporarily unable to send messages through SchoolMessenger Communicate while the vendor works to restore service.

Until service is restored, families are encouraged to visit the HWDSB website and follow HWDSB on Instagram and Facebook for updates about this issue and other important school and board information that would normally be shared through SchoolMessenger.
