Only takes one mistake to learn. Be glad it wasn’t worse like in an angle grinder. Just finished arc flash safety training just as a precaution, you also don’t want your hair down bc it can catch fire fyi. My teacher let a girl operate a lathe with her hair down and I called him out for his recklessness. Be safe girly! Glad you learned something without getting fully scalped.

Even in craft classes in primary school, you are taught how to tie your hair into a ponytail or braid.

Giiirl plssss don't. I did that with a wire brush once. Can't recommend at all. Always hair up!
