Dear friends,

Two years ago we opened our doors at 119 Warren Street with a dream: to bring the wild flavors of Siberia to Hudson. What happened next was more than we ever imagined. You came, you stayed late, you brought your families and friends, and you made this little place feel like home.

We put our whole hearts into this space, and we’ve given it everything it could hold. Now it’s time to grow.

Taiga is taking a pause and will return soon in a new, bigger home, with an even wilder kitchen.

Our final week in this space is November 5–7. Saturday, November 7 will be our very last evening here. We would love to see you one more time, to share a meal, raise a glass, and say goodbye to this place together.

The hardest part is that this year we’ll miss our most beloved time, the holiday season. The candlelit dinners, the snowy evenings, the warm tables full of your laughter... we’ll miss them, and we’ll miss you. But we promise to make up for it with something truly special.
