Thank you @opentable for choosing us this year ❤️ We’re grateful for the trust, support, and recognition. Excited for what’s ahead ✨ #opentable #hudson #resturants by @taigarestaurantnyc
We are beyond honored! Thank you, @bloomberg , for naming Taiga one of the “11 Most Exciting New Restaurants in Upstate New York” this summer! With lace tablecloths, family recipes, and a menu inspired by old Russian soul, Taiga in Hudson is a love letter to tradition, nature, and grandmother’s cooking. Wild strawberry jam with hare, turkey & mushroom dumplings, and beef borscht — all made with heart, memory, and a modern twist. Stay tuned — our infused vodkas and natural wines from Italy, France, Georgia, and Russia are coming soon. Grateful. Humbled. Inspired. #TaigaHudson #RussianCuisine #Bloomberg #UpstateNY #NewRestaurant #EasternEuropeanFood #FarmToTable by @taigarestaurantnyc

A little pause, a big next chapter. Небольшая пауза перед большой новой главой. Dear friends, Two years ago we opened our doors at 119 Warren Street with a dream: to bring the wild flavors of Siberia to Hudson. What happened next was more than we ever imagined. You came, you stayed late, you brought your families and friends, and you made this little place feel like home. We put our whole hearts into this space, and we’ve given it everything it could hold. Now it’s time to grow. Taiga is taking a pause and will return soon in a new, bigger home, with an even wilder kitchen. Our final week in this space is November 5–8. Saturday, November 8 will be our very last evening here. We would love to see you one more time, to share a meal, raise a glass, and say goodbye to this place together. The hardest part is that this year we’ll miss our most beloved time, the holiday season. The candlelit dinners, the snowy evenings, the warm tables full of your laughter... we’ll miss them, and we’ll miss you. But we promise to make up for it with something truly special. Thank you for every visit, every kind word, every shared meal. Please stay close and stay in touch. We’ll be back soon. 🔥 With love and gratitude, Waldy & Vlad & Team Taiga. by @taigarestaurantnyc
There’s a short, golden moment when autumn quietly hands the keys over to winter — and nothing hits better right then than a steaming bowl of our borscht. Served with thick homemade bread and hot-smoked salo that melts on your tongue. This isn’t just dinner. It’s how you greet the cold season properly. 🍂 See you at Taiga. #borscht #hudsonvalley #hudsonny #comfortfood #taigahudson fallfood by @taigarestaurantnyc

Some restaurants are a meal. Others feel like stepping into another world. @taigarestaurantnyc was the latter. From the colorful decor and incredibly welcoming staff to a menu filled with traditional Russian dishes and cocktails you don’t come across every day, the entire experience felt like an invitation to slow down and explore. We sampled our way through the menu with traditional tea service, dumplings, stroganoff and Russian cake. It made for such a unique day-trip stop and left us wondering… What others spots make you feel like you’ve traveled somewhere without ever getting on a plane? 👀 #RussianFood #NewYorkEats #UpstateNYEats #FoodieFinds #UniqueDining by @taigarestaurantnyc
Hudson, NY in peak foliage is actually unreal. 🍂 The colors are popping, the air smells like cider donuts, and this little town eats SO well. 🥣 I’m kinda obsessed. 🤩 Save this for your fall weekend list. What’s your favorite Hudson Valley food spot? @taigarestaurantnyc wins for me every time! @wmfarmerandsons for the stay by @taigarestaurantnyc
