Blueprint is the embodiment of what our founders Stephen and Sarah Bruner set out to do by sourcing the best coffees in the world and gently decaffeinating them to offer specialty coffee without caffeine and without compromise on taste.

Blueprint vol 2 comes from Ethiopia and is natural processed out of the famous washing station known for some of the best coffees in the world for the past few decades: Banko Gotiti. Tasting notes on this coffee include Peach, Fig, and Cocoa on the finish.
