Coffee without curfew. #PercolateFreely
---------------------------
Brilliant coffee, caffeine conscious.

POSTS STORIES REELS

It sold out quickly the first time. And it’s finally back.

Blueprint is our signature rotating single origin light roast coffee aimed at breaking the taste barrier amongst decaf coffees. Blueprint is the embodiment of what our founders Stephen and Sarah Bruner set out to do by sourcing the best coffees in the world and gently decaffeinating them to offer specialty coffee without caffeine and without compromise on taste.

#coffee #decaf
Blueprint vol 2 comes from Ethiopia and is natural processed out of the famous washing station known for some of the best coffees in the world for the past few decades: Banko Gotiti. Tasting notes on this coffee include Peach, Fig, and Cocoa on the finish.

If you want to drink a filter coffee or pour over after dinner that will blow you away but not keep you awake all night, Blueprint was made for you. by @drinkheist

Yes, I drink coffee before bed. Yes, I sleep great. Both things are true now.
For years the rule was no coffee after 2pm or you’re staring at the ceiling at midnight. Heist Decaf is 99.9% caffeine free and water processed, so the late-night cup is back on the table. Dark chocolate, vanilla bean, about 1mg of caffeine.
What time is your coffee curfew right now? Be honest. by @drinkheist

Just one more coffee… I swear. ☕️

And another one. And maybe one more. 😂

The thing about @drinkheist is that it tastes so good, you’d never guess it’s decaf.

So… who said coffee needs a curfew? 🐻☕️

The last thing you taste at dinner deserves as much thought as the first.

At @kaya.orlando, James Beard nominated Chef Lo Lalicon (@chef.lordfer.lalicon ) brings care and intention to Filipino food. The decaf gets the same treatment.

We stopped by to talk about flavor, the ritual of coffee after a great meal, and why serving decaf should be something you’re proud of.

Proud to be pouring Heist at Kaya. Come for dinner. Stay for coffee.

Coffee shouldn’t have a curfew.

Corkcicle co-founder Stephen Bruner wants Heist to do for decaf coffee what Athletic Brewing did for non-alcoholic beer. That vision has won over one of Grün’s earliest backers.
