Rain or shine. 4 AM or 7 PM. Good days or difficult ones. 🥋
Up to seven classes a day, and Professor Diego Gamonal continues to show up with the same dedication, passion, and positive attitude.
Over 30 years dedicated to Jiu-Jitsu, countless hours on the mats, and a legacy that goes far beyond medals and championships.
What makes him special isn’t just what he has accomplished, but the consistency, gratitude, and love he brings to the mats every single day.
His favorite reminder? “Be grateful for today.” 🙏
We are proud to have Professor Gamonal leading our Brazilian Top Team family! ❤️🥋

After an intense day of work come home with the happiest face, day after day is not for everyone. No bad days, no bad mood, just grateful, that is him and I am living proof of that ❤️❤️❤️
