A #SouthCarolina woman has been sentenced to 35 years behind bars after fatally sh**ting another woman she discovered sitting in a car with her husband. Michelle Gladys Bingley was sentenced Thursday (Oct. 29) for the April 2025 m*rder of Tineseing Lachell Johns. According to prosecutors, Bingley suspected her husband was cheating and used his #Google account to track him to his mother’s home. When she arrived, she found him sitting in a vehicle with Johns and allegedly “lost her mind” after demanding he get out, and he refused. Bingley then fired a pink revolver into the vehicle, fatally striking Johns. However, she later insisted she never intended to hurt anyone, telling police, “I didn’t mean to do anything. I just did it to scare him.” Bingley turned herself in days after the sh**ting and reportedly admitted to k!lling Johns during questioning. She also told investigators she disposed of the g*n and abandoned her vehicle. Following a three-day trial, she was convicted of m*rder, aggravated dome$tic v!olence, discharging a fire@rm into an occupied vehicle and a weapons offense. Addressing the case, Assistant Solicitor Tameaka A. Legette stated, “Dome$tic v!olence has devastating and far-reaching consequences for families and communities,” adding that the tragedy highlights the need for early intervention and accountability.
