I focused on three things:

💰 Down payment and purchase fees

🏦 A monthly mortgage payment I'm comfortable with

🔑 Additional costs like maintenance, insurance, service charges, and furnishing

Because buying a home should bring peace of mind, not unnecessary financial pressure.
