Everybody wants to be their own boss. Very few are willing to earn it.

It starts with being the best employee in the building. Outwork everyone. Be the guy they can’t replace, and know it.

Next you lead inside someone else’s business. Build your own team. Prove you can manage people and win on a smaller scale.

Then you build something that’s yours, and you bring every lesson from the first two steps with you.

If you want to be an entrepreneur, go for it. Just know what it takes. The hard days are coming, and the desire to push through them has to be real.

It’s possible. You just have to put in the work.
