Sometimes it’s the quiet moments that stay with me the most. ❤️
The headphones come off. The music stops. And there he sits, deep in thought.
I don’t know exactly what’s going through his mind in this moment, and I don’t need to.
Because every man who walks through our doors has a story.
Some are carrying grief. Some are navigating heartbreak, guilt or pain they’ve never spoken about.
And sometimes, having the space to stop, breathe and sit with your thoughts is something you haven’t allowed yourself to do in a very long time.
There’s no pressure to talk. No expectation to share. Just the space to be.
